Apple Tree

The Apple Tree was painted on the Bay of Fundy shoreline in New Brunswick in the summer of 1995. I wanted to paint this very interesting and challenging looking tree that had caught my eye. The tiny red apples provide a little bit of contrast to the overwelming amount of green in the painting.
