This is a pencil study of a model from my art specialist education course. In the summer of 1988 I completed my art specialist certification at a high school near the High Park area of Toronto. One of the classes was figure drawing. The instructor Dell Newbegin, hired a beautiful model for us to draw. I think I was successful in capturing her pensive mood.
