Rocks and Shore at Dusk 10 x 15 inches This painting is done in tertiary colours. The sun has set and left the scene in shadow.  

Apple Tree 22 x 30 inches The Apple Tree was painted on the Bay of Fundy shoreline in New Brunswick in the summer of 1995. I wanted to paint this very interesting and challenging looking tree that had caught my eye. The tiny red apples provide a little bit of contrast to the overwelming amount of green in the painting.

Shady Rest 15 x 22 inches This is a painting of the cemetery in St. Andrews by-the-Sea in New Brunswick. Some of the tombstones in this cemetery date back to the late 18th century.
